Space Noodles !

Some simple silly props done to help inspire a friend and his indie project. Playing with the shape language and toying around with 2D modular techniques hopefully applicable to 3D assets.

I seem to be more and more interested in designing the seemingly mundane rather than the extraordinary these days, go figure.

    1. Don't mind at all ! No references, just shape play.
Initial sketches were done on post-it notes between paintings, very basic and preliminary. What you see here are the results of well over a hundred remixes/refinements and modular experiments. :)

  3. I really like your "lego kits". It could make a cool art/creation game, just to have "bins" full of these modular pieces. Aside from just being fun to make stuff, I can think of tons of mechanics that could come from that as well. Inspired.
